Cirque Du Brunch

Propel PR supported the launch of Cirque du Brunch at 54, introducing a bold new bottomless brunch concept to Liverpool’s hospitality scene.

Designed as a two hour immersive sitting, the opening night welcomed over 150 guests, including influencers, media and corporate attendees.

This is far from a standard brunch. Cirque du Brunch redefined the category, combining bottomless dining with high energy, circus inspired entertainment. 

Guests were immersed in a theatrical experience featuring live aerialists performing overhead, professional dancers and DJs, creating a dynamic atmosphere from start to finish.

The experience was paired with an Asian-inspired menu, carefully curated to compliment the vibrant setting, alongside bottomless house cocktails flowing throughout the duration of the sitting.

As the first concept of its kind in Liverpool, Cirque du Brunch positioned 54 as both a daytime and late night destination, opening up a new avenue for the venue and broadening its audience appeal.

Alongside the launch event, Propel PR worked closely with local influencers, inviting them to experience the concept in exchange for high quality, engaging content, further amplifying reach and driving continued buzz across social platforms.
