Factory Floor

Propel PR managed the launch of Factory Floor Wigan, delivering a high impact campaign to showcase the town’s newest competitive socialising venue and generate excitement ahead of opening. 

The response was overwhelmingly positive, with strong anticipation from both media and the local community to welcome a fresh, high energy destination to Wigan.

Factory Floor is a dynamic social playground, combining interactive games, industrial design, street food and a central bar to create a vibrant day to night experience in the heart of the town.

Created by The Heaton Group, the team behind Feast at the Mills and The Three Mills, Propel PR worked as an extension of the team to organise a targeted media first look and pre launch visits, building early buzz and securing key coverage ahead of opening.

The launch event welcomed around 350 guests, who were invited to experience the venue in full. 

Guests enjoyed a range of interactive games including darts, shuffleboard, pool, karaoke, basketball and beer pong, alongside retro arcade machines that added a nostalgic twist to the experience.

To elevate the event further, Propel PR curated thoughtful, shareable moments, including a calligraphy artist personalising gin glass balloons, alongside branded disco balls for guests to take away, ensuring the experience lived on beyond the night itself.
