Propel PR successfully supported the relaunch of Farina Pasta Lab, formerly known as Hey Farina! bringing the much loved restaurant back to market with a renewed focus on what makes it special, authentic thin pizza, handmade pasta, and the warmth of true Italian dining.

Farina, meaning flour in Italian, represents the heart and soul of the kitchen, a concept Propel PR placed front and centre throughout the relaunch strategy.

To build buzz and drive awareness, Propel PR delivered a targeted influencer and media event designed to showcase the story behind Farina’s return. Guests were invited to step into the craft of Italian cooking, taking part in a hands on pasta masterclass hosted by Italy’s very own pasta maestro, Giacomo, who flew in exclusively for the evening.

The experience generated a wave of organic content across Instagram and TikTok, capturing Farina’s authenticity, creativity, and flair. This social momentum helped reignite customer interest, attract new audiences, and firmly reposition the restaurant as a must visit destination in the city centre once again.

The campaign’s impact spoke for itself, achieving a combined social media reach of more than 564.4k.

In addition to the influencer activation, Propel PR managed media outreach, securing coverage in local and regional outlets, Liverpool Echo, Explore Liverpool, Liverpool Noise and Liverpool World, further amplifying Farina’s reopening story and celebrating its return to Liverpool’s dining scene.
