SAY IT WITH DIAMONDS

Say It With Diamonds is a boutique jewellery store based in Liverpool, UK that offers a range of bespoke jewellery items for special occasions. The company approached Propel PR in 2022 to help raise awareness of their brand, connect with their target audience and increase their customer base.

CHALLENGE

Say It With Diamonds wanted to expand their reach beyond Liverpool and create a national presence. They needed to generate more publicity for their brand, increase their social media following, and generate more sales.

SOLUTION

Propel PR created a comprehensive PR plan to help Say It With Diamonds achieve their goals. The plan included a combination of media relations, influencer outreach, media relations and event management.

MEDIA RELATIONS

Propel PR worked to secure national, regional and local coverage for Say It With Diamonds in print and digital publications. This included securing features in publications including the Daily Mirror, Belfast Live, Wales Online and Liverpool Echo.

INFLUENCER OUTREACH

Propel PR worked to identify key influencers in the jewellery and fashion space to promote Say It With Diamonds' products. This included securing collaborations with influencers including Tara Maynard, Jasmin Green and Chloe Lewis.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

Propel PR organised and executed a special Mother’s Day event for Say It With Diamonds in March 2022 that was attended by influencers and a special someone in their life such as their mum, guardian, sister, auntie or friend. The event showcased the company's latest products and helped to generate buzz around the brand.

It was also a great opportunity for the owners of Say It With Diamonds to meet the influencers in person and further develop their relationships with them.

In November 2022, Propel PR managed a launch event at Tessuti to mark Say It With Diamond being stocked in their new Liverpool One flagship store as well as worldwide online. 

Bringing together a range of influencers from across the North West, we showcased the collection available in Tessuti as well as an exclusive first look at the brand’s Christmas crackers.

RESULTS

Say It With Diamonds saw a significant increase in brand awareness and sales following their partnership with Propel PR. The company received national, regional and local coverage, which reached millions of people. This helped to generate a buzz around the brand, increase website traffic, and generate more sales.
